Private adults-only beta · Effective 28 October 2026

This notice covers the current mobile beta, account service and help website. The operator and data controller is Jeremiah Masudi, trading as Homelykin. Contact homelykin@gmail.com for privacy questions and rights requests.

What this test covers

This beta is for adults aged 18 or older, using fictional household content. Do not enter children's details, sensitive documents, health information, financial account information or real locations. Child accounts, live tracking, calendar connections, uploads and other Preview areas are not enabled services in this test.

What we process and why

Account and household processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security, abuse prevention, reliability and support rely on our legitimate interests in running a safe beta, balanced against your privacy. We also process information where a legal obligation requires it. Future optional features will explain any additional permissions and purposes before activation.

Who receives information

Members see the records shared in their household according to their role. Invitations and acceptance control membership. Do not invite unrelated testers. People who already saw or copied shared information may retain their own copy. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. This beta has no advertising or third-party behavioural analytics SDK.

Providers include Supabase for accounts, functions and the London-region household database; Resend for transactional email; Cloudflare for this website, DNS and security; and Google Gmail for business support. Apple/Google operate their stores and distribution. Providers and subprocessors may process information outside the UK, including the US. Their applicable data-processing terms use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions, or relevant adequacy frameworks; contact us for details. London hosting does not mean all processing stays in the UK.

Retention and deletion

Cookies and local storage

This help site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The deletion form keeps a request receipt in this tab's session storage to check an interrupted confirmation. The sign-in token stays only in page memory; the password field is cleared after use. Codes and receipts are never put in the URL. Clear the receipt or close the tab when finished. The native app uses protected device storage for sign-in and app storage for household/offline records. Device backups also depend on your system settings.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. This beta makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Contact us from your account email; we verify identity proportionately and aim to respond within one month where UK rules apply. No purchase is required.

Use the app or request deletion without it. Deletion does not cancel a store subscription. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your relevant local regulator.

Changes

We will update this notice and explain material changes before introducing new uses, child accounts, location or ordinary production billing. This beta notice is not permission to collect that future data.
